Set off on an exhilarating cross-country bike tour, riding rewarding ascends, thrilling singletrack, and breathtaking lookouts, then reward yourself with mouthwatering tacos al pastor at a local gem. HIGHLIGHTS - Feel the thrill of a cross-country ride through nature and trails. - Enjoy a mix of country roads, singletrack descends, and a scenic lookout. - Pedal up to an old limestone quarry and enjoy sweeping views. - Savor delicious tacos al pastor at a beloved local spot. We'll meet in downtown Oaxaca to begin our journey. Then, get properly fitted with our quality XC bikes and helmets, then get ready to ride. Expect moderate climbs, playful descents, a mix of country roads and singletrack, and a scenic lookout along the way. Pedal your way up to an old limestone quarry and reach the summit, where sweeping views of the valley and surrounding mountains unfold at 1,700 m (5,577 ft). From the quarry, enjoy an exhilarating ride down on fun, flowing singletrack. After the ride, stop at a local taco favorite to relax, refuel, and enjoy some of the best tacos al pastor around.
